BOARD: Rob Lamb

Rob Lamb is a seasoned Realtor Sales Associate based in Philadelphia and affiliated with Compass. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Rob specializes in serving clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia region, with a particular focus on the Chestnut Hill and Mount Airy communities.

Rob has a deep commitment to community engagement, having founded the United Philly Soccer Club. He also teaches courses on mindfulness for business, with a goal of fostering happiness and helping clients realize their dreams.

A passionate musician, athlete, and realtor, Rob has consistently turned his interests into successful ventures. Prior to real estate, he spent a decade touring the country as a musician, an experience that shaped his creativity, drive, and collaborative spirit. His background in coaching soccer, baseball, and basketball further honed his leadership and discipline. Inspired by a strong connection to meditation, Rob co-created and teaches a program on mindful entrepreneurship, cultivating values of teamwork, dedication, and patience.

A proud Chestnut Hill native and current resident of West Mount Airy, Rob is deeply connected to the area’s vibrant community. In his free time, he enjoys nature, meditation and traveling with his wife of 20 years and their three children. Rob is also an avid athlete, coach, and proud supporter of many youth sports organizations in Philadelphia.
