Katrina (Keating) Ernst is a dedicated advocate for breaking the cycle of generational poverty. Previously serving as the Executive Director of the Community Center at Visitation, a nonprofit that provides a welcoming community space for Kensington residents to build meaningful connections and access resources to improve the quality of life in the neighborhood, Katrina saw first-hand the impact and power of relationships. Her previous work experiences in software development at Comcast and JPMorgan Chase & Co. brought a fresh perspective on how a nonprofit can operate with agility and adaptability, which has been tremendously influential in times of constant change in needs. She is exceptionally passionate about alleviating poverty and being part of the solution to make our world a more equitable place.
Katrina currently serves as Board Chair of Community Center at Visitation, in addition to her involvement with her family’s foundation, the K Ten Kids Foundation. Katrina was named one of the Most Influential Women Leaders of 2021 by the Industry Era for Women.
