BOARD: Gerry Smith

Gerry Smith is a Co-Founder of Blueprint Commercial, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in Greater Philadelphia. Blueprint has a diverse team with more than 70 years of combined experience and over $1.3 billion dollars in transaction volume. He guides clients through a full spectrum of services including tenant and landlord representation, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as broader real estate consulting. Gerry focuses on aligning real estate strategy with operational and financial goals, serving nonprofits, social service agencies, government entities, developers and other mission-driven organizations.

He looks forward to bringing his market expertise, client-first approach and community-focused perspective to the Friends of the Children-Philadelphia Board in support of its mission to increase opportunity across the region.
